Sigh. What can I say?  The animated Pixar/Disney humorous animals thing just makes my skin crawl. But this is not about me.

The art is nice, clean and cartoony and the story simple enough. As this type of thing –particularly the Ice Age franchise- if you have a youngster and want to given them a head start in learning French –voila!  In fact, older readers might find it easier to break into reading French with books like this since the text is never too complicated so it helps build up a vocabulary.
