A double helping of Largo Winch from Cinebook this time around.
"That's based on the movie, right?" is something I hear every-so-often. No. The movie is based on the books! And the books call out for more movies in my opinion.
The slick art never fails to impress and the colours are vibrant or toned down to fit the setting/scene. I have so far found absolutely nothing that I can complain about regarding the art. It's just class.
And the stories? Full of dialogue and snappy twists and turns that you expect from the master of this genre. I never know if at some point Van Hamme puts Winch into a situation because he really thinks "Ah, let's kill him" but then "No. Let's just make it look that way -its more fun!"
If you have not latched on to this series so far then I feel really sad for you...not. I mean superb story and art -48 pages of full colour- for £6.99??!
