When Titans Clash!! Actually, I'm just writing about two comic events on the same day in the same city.

Okay, folks, as announced -exclusively- on CBO the other day, the AniMangaPop! one day event hits Bristol on the 4th October. More details to be announced as soon as they are released.

Get in fast to book a table as it's first come, first served!

Bristol Comic and Zine Fair returns to The Station on October 4th 2014. Applications for tables are now closed with 120 people applying for the 60 tables.

Both organisers are confident they ought to attract a goodly number to their event.

BOTH events include zines/small press -the BC&ZF being aimed mainly at those interested in the Small Press.  

So, leaving the City Centre on the 4th you could head for the AniMangaPop! event which is just past the Cabot Circus shopping area.  Spend time there then casually walk back through Broadmead to The Station. Make a day of it.

The November Booked! event, at which I was going to hold a panel looking at graphic novel publishing (NOW you know why the event died!) has been cancelled and, to those sending me emails: I was in no way involved in organising the event!
