This very off topic. I've been in touch with the Cornish Wildlife Trust and Irish Seal Sanctuary that have both experience a large number of unexplained seal deaths (Mammal Unusual Mortality Events).
I'm sure that a lot of you reading this blog live near estuaries, rivers or the coast. Could I ask that if you come across any dead seal(s) that you PLEASE contact the local wildlife trust, sea fisheries inspectorate or whatever designation these come under in your country.
