Guess whose been marked as Spam and blacklisted from CBO?

As I do not belong to any forums you know where they got the specific email address from -CBO. So this is Spamming pure and simple and I've made sure to delete anything that identifies these people or their project.
Spamming is spamming -especially asking for donations (if the first book was that big a failure give up).
