I'm not sure just what it is about Leo's work. You get pulled into some very mundane events and then -WHAM! Antac and Selkert are interesting characters in their own rights  but then we have another batch of interesting Leo created alien life forms to enjoy.

But the question has to just how much can you screw up by entering an anomaly and losing one of your companions...and realising you have to enter the anomaly again?
