Just Got This. Blogger REALLY Does Not Want To Make Things Easy

By 29 September 2016, the Search Box gadget on this blog will only present search results from this blog. Search results from pages linked in your posts, from the web or from the Blog List and Link List gadgets will no longer be presented.

 I meant to ask (because Blogger never responds to messages) if anyone knew what this meant?  It reads like Blog list itself will be removed so you cannot click on to visit whichever blog.

 Blogger needs to really explain this.
