Depressed

There are some out there who are not full of Christmas cheer.

Anxiety disorders and depression can reach a peak at this time of year PLEASE if you know someone who suffers from these don't push them away.

If you do suffer from anxiety or depression do not suffer it alone -talk to a friend, family member or make an effort to say "Hi" to someone -even if it's only over the internet.  Remember that it only gets this bad at Christmas and it is temporary (yeah, it never goes away but look at it this way:you beat the bastard this time it will be easier the next time).

If it gets too bad you CAN talk to someone -do it!

Christmas is a few days at the end of the year and after that things could change for the better.
