If in the hard plastic cases those are comics people pay a lot of money to have someone say how good a condition they are in and then put them in sealed plastic cases as "Slabbed comics" -no interest in the comic or reading it but more about how much money it will be worth!
Hey ! I saw some comics ! They were bagged and sealed - special editions, I guess.... But at least they were comics !
