The Sickening Side of Online "Comic communities"

Someone, a creator, hounded by the so called "comic community" and sensation seeking bloggers and You Tubers because they want to views and to be as destructive as they can.

Well, that creator killed himself.

The allegations have not even been fully investigated and whether they prove anything the situation has shown that there is no online comics community or fan base.

A whisper here....a snide remark about "hearing something" and even now, after that person's death they are still trying to score points and rake in views. Oh, and anyone actually defending the right to innocent until proven guilty speaking up are, of course, "threatening" and "attacking" the ground slime.

Even knowing (if they have a brain) that they have helped to push someone to taking their own life means nothing. More videos today and some You Tubers are posting every few hours because now it's "well he must be guilty" -supposed friends cut him off before any real facts are known and been investigated.  Slime.

I really do hope that the "accuser" was genuine and not just out for publicity as some have claimed.

Do yourself a favour, it won't take much searching, if you subscribe to the channels or blogs involved then unsubscribe. Ignore them because there are some good comic channels out there that are not run by scum.  Remember the personal hell that 2000 AD artist Ron Smith went through after false accusations. Others have gone through similar.

The 'people' involved in this sicken me and I get asked why I do not become more involved in online fandom. It does not exist.

Update: Now You Tubers who have never ever mentioned the late creator are jumping in with their videos about sad events and how deeply it has affected them (gotta get those views while you can). WHERE were all of these people when that person was being attacked and dumped on from all sides?  Oh...thinking of things to post to boost their views for that YT money.
