I Swear A Couple of My Shelves Just Creaked Very Loudly

 Over the last 10 years (I have really narrowed the time period down) I have had a 100% success rate in having my application for a table at a UK comic/Small Press event turned down. Seriously. 

Here is the funny part:the organisers would "appreciate" my publicising their event. Am I going to?   No.

It's rather like the people who want me to push their publications but they "just don't have the time" to read or publicise my publications.

I will tell you who will get a table at each of the events; the same boring bunch of retired comic "personalities in their own lunchtime" and friends or friends of friends.

I really would like to get to a European (German?) event in 2027 because 2026 is going by too fast.
