I think that I actually told Subzero (Tales From The Kryptonian -which you really MUST check out via the blog list or - http://talesfromthekryptonian.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/like-book-out-of-hell.html) that there was plenty of material for D-Gruppe storylines. One involved the alleged crash of a UFO into the Black Forest in 1935(?), another concerned a robot Bismarck ordered built and then there were the supposed robots Ally soldiers had to fight in 1944/45.
