Mark Ruffalo will be seeing green again when he returns as the Hulk in the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, and the actor says the film will be a buddy movie of Avenger-level proportions.

“It’s an intergalactic buddy road movie with Banner and Thor,” Ruffalo told Entertainment Tonight at a press junket for his latest movie, Now You See Me 2.

The actor added fans will see “a lot more Hulk” this time around, doing what Bruce Banner/The Big Green Guy does best. When Now You See Me 2 costar Woody Harrelson asked if the Hulk will be even “Hulk-ier” in this new film, Ruffalo responded, “The Hulk gets Hulk-ier. The Hulk Hulks out. Hulk-ier and bigger.”

“She plays the worst of the worst,” Ruffalo told Entertainment Tonight of Blanchett’s character. “So evil. She is going to kill us. It’s such a great part she gets to play.”
Tessa Thompson
The press release also confirms that Tessa Thompson will play Valkyrie, a classic Marvel superhero character who first appeared in The Avengers #83 (published December 1970) and has remained one of the core members of the Defenders.

Before you say it: yes, Thompson is "black" and has dark hair while Valkyrie is "white" and has blond hair.  The MCU has nothing to do with the classic pre-Quesada(remember him?)/Disney Marvel Comics so like many I just see this Asgard and Asgardians as nothing more than they are portrayed as -aliens. So accuracy as to Norse gods being white skinned is null and void.

Thor: Ragnarok arrives in theaters Nov. 3, 2017.
