PLEASE Consider Supporting CBO
Please consider supporting Comic Bits Online because it is a very rare thing in these days of company mouthpiece blogs that are only interested in selling publicity to you. With support CBO can continue its work to bring you real comics news and expand to produce the video content for this site. Money from sales of Black Tower Comics & Books helps so please consider checking out the online store.
Thank You

Yes, I just noticed about an hour ago. Damn it, where have all those years gone? I was looking through some obits yesterday and I was shocked to see that Peter Vaughn-Clarke has gone as well during the last year. What? Alarming. I half expect my name to be in an obituary, but then I realize that nobody will realize I'm gone. I'm sure they'll find me . . . eventually! Once they kick the door down. On a happier note! . . . oh wait! There isn't one! Oh F . . . .!
ReplyDeleteMake your mark while you can. David Soul was 81. He made his mark and entertained a lot of people during his life - he also did philanthropic work. A good man. RIP.
ReplyDeleteThe thought that's less than two decades away is no comfort!
DeleteTwo decades is a loooong time ! I got through my illness(es) and hope to do more. Let's go for it! Do more !! TTFN
DeleteWell Mr Stransky, when you get so high on life that you feel like it there is always the 1980s Earth Beat story you lettered that needs redrawing and I'd even write the part 2 conclusion. However, the legend that is Outlaws of the Urban Forest will NEVER see the light of day! LOL
DeleteSadly, as a lot of my comics and old stuff has been destroyed, I'll have to ask for a copy or a scan of Earth Beat... But always happy to adapt or rework something while I've still got a pulse ! TTFN.
DeleteI'll get back to you. night of pain and shakes and vomiting at 2am -0yeah, covid is back.
DeleteSorry to hear that. Take care, old son. Take it easy. TTFN.
