Set in 1989 (I think it was drawn in 1988) this was planned as a two-parter that would lead into The Weird World of Dr Sterno. Tim Rees drew the strip but only part one and like so many others simply never responded to letters after part 1 was drawn.
The character has now appeared since but has been mentioned in passing.
So enjoy a strip that has not seen the light of day since 1989!
