PLEASE Consider Supporting CBO

Please consider supporting Comic Bits Online because it is a very rare thing in these days of company mouthpiece blogs that are only interested in selling publicity to you. With support CBO can continue its work to bring you real comics news and expand to produce the video content for this site. Money from sales of Black Tower Comics & Books helps so please consider checking out the online store.
Thank You

Tarzan and Jane but they may not be THE Tarzan and Jane I was told!

As everyone who has been around CBO for a while knows I like collecting Tarzan figures. Now,l having been raised reading Top Sellers reprints of Gold Key Tarzan comics and 1/32nd scale (54mm) soldiers I like a Tarzan that can mix it up with dinosaurs, various monsters and lost tribes including a lost Roman Empire in the jungle.

There is the Herald/Lone Star Tarzan that has been cloned by so many but this one comes with a Jane!

The question is who made them?  Several sites state from  a  Corgi Tarzan  playset as seen below....

However, I do not think so. The ones I have are larger than the usual Corgi figures and clearly do not match these which have stands unlike the ones I have.

Which means more searching until I find the answer unless a CBO reader can help (but I've never had a response to any appeals before so I am not holding my breath) ?

Update

Well, it seems that my Tarzan and Jane come from a Hong Kong produced set and here is the proof

So mystery solved!

This set does not appear on the Tarzan toys mega post but the figure does (but stuck to a stand)
