Created by William A. Ward for Swan Comics in the 1940s,Krakos was one of Ward’s supernatural anti-hero types.

Used, with Swan’s permission,in Black Tower Adventure strips in the 1980s/1990s,this is the character’s first solo outing.

But will Krakos fulfill the Goddess Isis’ dream and become the new pharoah of a New Egyptian Kingdom that will encompass all of the Middle East? Did anyone actually ask Krakos?

The book contains information on Ward and his work plus sample pages rescued after 60 years of neglect!

  1. It's good to see the books on the screen. Now you need an easy way to buy them, maybe its just me, but getting to the 'shop' is nearly impossible! Probably just me... The 2 Labbat pieces looked good, Did some interesting things back in the day, yeh? Well, package should be in the post today. Hope you like it. TTFN

    1. It could not be EASIER to buy the books. Even when comic shops lost DC and Marvel there was no interest. Comic shops DO NOT support Independent comics (Image and Dark Horse are not Indie). People check the book out on the online store where they can preview some pages. Order in their own currency amnd the books are printed and posted in their region. Don't have to travel anywhere. They are there. These people will take free downloads by the hundreds and, as proven, illegally download in the millions. Criminals. Even on BT Comic Shop News they can check out the details and a link takes them straight to the online store and the book they are interested. Only thing left out is patting theior heads and rubbing their bellies. Look forward to Halcon

  3. Might do well to lay off Blue Saviour. The stuff before was okay as a tribute BUT I was told David A Johnson has NOT passed away so we'd be messing with someone elses creation without permission. :-(

  5. Can it be adapted for another character say "Red Saviour" (considering how the character is that might work out funny!) slight change to costume? Do not want to get into a copyright argument (That I would lose) with someone! Life. :-)
