Steve Ditko was really my favourite artist growing up. Just enraptured by his Doctor Strange and seemed to fit my Surrealist sensibilities and my surroundings perfectly. It's no wonder that, having had to move, I feel totally out of place. The following artists were fine, Colan especially, but nobody really replaced Ditko and his work is totally distinctive.
