Yes, I have now finished drawing...now scanning and lettering!
Okay, well at times I did not think that I would get there but despite all the things messing me about....
I have just finished erasing any pencil work showing on Year o0f the Werewolf and everything is complete at 87 pages. Yep, I went and did another big 'un -well, it is a comic album so 48-90+ pages is acceptable. Not one of my infamous 300+ pagers!
I'll start scanning on Sunday or Monday and begin lettering once that is done. Then I just have to letter the 130+ pages of Parallel Motions and then I need to finish the second part of the 1986/87 Earth Beat story for the Special Globe Guard first issue (issue 3 is already lettered).
Unfortunately I doubt I will ever get to draw any of the other stories I have in my head as I am only one aging old fart so it's a case of do what you can. So stay tuned!

Just enjoy the videos of people reviewing figures.
I was asked why I do not do action figure reviews. Well, it's rather like comics and comic related DVDs I have reviewed them in the past -comics more than anything else It was pointed out that CBO started in 1997 which I thought was wrong but it seems it was rather than 1998 as I thought.
After 28 years people seem to think that I am raking in cash. I am not. Blogging does not pay and Adsense was used once but it simply stated "You can't have the money you earned" and so it was dropped. Once bitten never again.
I even cut back on the posting from what I used to do because no feedback was bad enough but people stealing stuff to put on their blogs and get praise for....oh no.
I get no money coming in so I am limited as to what I can do. Readers donations -never happened. So I cannot afford to go out buying expensive action figures. If 2-4,000 views world wide each day does not attract companies who want to promo their product then I am not promoting their product.

Avengers 30 (2025) -Again, Not Usable As Toilet Paper
Marvel zombies got old pretty quick. For me zombies boomed in the 1980s and since then people have been flogging a dead (zombie?) horse. But that was not the problem here.
The Avengers call in the X-Men to look after their orbiting city as they go off on a mission. Yes, the X-Men they have battled and with a homicidal maniac Cyclops leading them -I am quite sure that they can explain why he got better but what a crock. You see, there are not enough Avengers on the team...no Avengers on stand by? There are a huge number of them but it was a tax month and so they were busy (I made that up).
The art was a little rough at the edges but I've seen worse on this title in recent years. What made me sit back and think Jed MacKay was a bad writer was the dialogue which at times seemed so amateur but gave me vibes of the old 1960s Mighty Crusaders title but done badly. I actually closed the comic then restarted from page one again and it was even worse. Each character at one point had to -after they had gone on the mission- explain why they were there and how ready they were while the Black Panther was the usual now sociopath character.
I am guessing that MacKay had no interest in reading up on the Avengers and certainly seemed to throw dialogue and story (of sorts) together as he went along.
Since the 1990s, it can be pinpointed and writers named, The Avengers have been badly written, rebooted, badly written again and rebooted to the point that I now do not really care if every single one of them is killed and the title folds -and I have read the title since the 1960s so suck on that.
Bring back Kurt Busiek and give him a good art team or just cancel the title. Also, stop making every Marvel character a sociopath and **** copying what is in the MCU because people who watch the movies do not give a flying shit about comics.
