I got an email on one of my groups asking about wargaming terrain -look on the blog roll and you'll see ideas from Miniatures Mash Up. But on You Tube just search 40 K or D&D or just wargaming terrain.
John, a died-in-the-wool 1/72nd (25mm) gamer for 30 years (add another 20 to that to catch up with me!) was asking why no one does fantasy miniatures in this scale. They do!
Caesar Miniatures have Elves, Dwarves, Adventurers and Undead and you can see what they look like on their page:

Model Hobbies carries the entire Dark Alliance 1/72nd scale fantasy line -dwarves, eles, Amazons as well as modern zombies. Check the page out here:

Ykreol produced Legion of Nightmare and I know I've seen boxes on Ebay, at online stores.
Make your own wargames fantasy terrain or whatever but these are out there and if you follow Miniature Mash-Ups doctrine you can buy and adapt a great many other toys and items for gaming!
And I ought to mention Luke's Affordable Painting Service where, if you are on a budget, you can learn how to make terrain -including water features- very cheaply!
