This Could All End Very Badly....maybe

Hey, I have to isolate for 12 weeks.

All we need now is deep snow and my arm to get gangrene and me having to self amputate and it'll be just like Little Joe in that Bonanza episode.

What do you mean "What's Bonanza"??!!

Damn you all!! Other people remember the show:

"Bonanza" A Matter of Circumstance (TV Episode 1970)
Alone at the Ponderosa while everyone else is away on a cattle drive, Joe suffers a compound fracture in his left arm when he kicked by a horse spooked by a severe thunderstorm. Joe fights to stay conscious and treat his wounds. When he becomes delirious, he fears that gangrene has infected his arm, leaving Joe with a difficult decision: Amputate, or not amputate?

No horses but we do have some wild hedgehogs....

  1. If memory serves me correctly, although most of us had black and white at the time, wasn't Bonanza one of the earliest series to have colour? I have some western annuals somewhere, even though I wasn't really into western films or television, they're still a good read occasionally.
