PLEASE Consider Supporting CBO
Please consider supporting Comic Bits Online because it is a very rare thing in these days of company mouthpiece blogs that are only interested in selling publicity to you. With support CBO can continue its work to bring you real comics news and expand to produce the video content for this site. Money from sales of Black Tower Comics & Books helps so please consider checking out the online store.
Thank You

There was a toned down version of this performance featured in Mel Smith's ( under rated ) Radio Land Murders. Wonderful madness. Spike Jones was a bandleader who had a sense of humour somewhere between the Marx Brothers and the Three Stooges ! Where have all the madmen gone ? Ah well. TTFN. Talk to you again !ater.
ReplyDeleteWhere have all the mad cap folk gone? They are ignored for celebrities who are really 'crazy'...well, they will wear their under wear instead of clothes which makes them 'crazy' and demand attention. The real mad folk are out there having fun and creating and being ignored!
DeleteIgnored.. but not forgotten. Like the 'Ghost Riders' song, it's not the current audience that's important, it's the idea you leave behind in what you create that resonates with the future readers of Daring Do...or repentance in the case of Ghost Riders - Yippy Kai ayy motherfuckers ( as Bruce Willis so eloquently stated ) Yippy Kai yoh... Dynamite Kid..... death wish a little ? hmmm. TTFN. Seeya Terry.
