had those responsible EVER seen Dr Who?? The Cybermen are out to convert anything human into cybermen...or kill it. The Daleks conquer/kill anything non-Dalek. Cybermen and Daleks would drain any Time Lord of his/her knowledge then convert/kill them.

Paul McGann -good actor (as he's proved in Sea of Souls, Waking The Dead and elsewhere). But WHY was he not the new TV Dr Who? Did he reject all the offers?
Truth is...well, let him tell it in his own words. Another Dr Who actor crapped on.
