Flash to appear in 'Batman v Superman'

Flash to appear in 'Batman v Superman'

Los Angeles: The Flash, a popular superhero character, may appear in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”, Michael Wilkinson, who designed the costumes for some characters in the film, has revealed.
During a presentation at CCXP – Comic Con Experience 2015, the costume designer was asked about how he made a modern and different costume for The Flash, reports aceshowbiz.com.

“Well, I’m not really at liberty to talk about The Flash right now, but it’s something that you’ll be seeing in the future in our films,” Wilkinson said.

He later revealed that fans would see him in “Batman v Superman”.

“You do get a glimpse of him, of course, in ‘Batman v Superman’. But I’m really looking forward to taking the amazing, iconic costume for The Flash and interpreting it in a fresh way where Ezra Miller is playing The Flash,” he added.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” also stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Jason Momoa as Aquaman. The movie is scheduled to release on March 25 next year.

  1. It always cracks me up how many people call Flash´s costume iconic but in the same breath tell you they can´t wait to do their own version of it. So it´s iconic but not iconic enough that YOU want to use it, WTF ? Hollywood people.

  2. Thing is if you look at the first TV Flash series -John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen- it was closer to the comic than what I've seen on the new series. I loved that series and how it built up Central City's past crime fighter, Trickster (Mark Hamill) and Harlequin and even the Mirror Master (David Cassidy) and the costume -looked like the one in the comics to me! But the show cost, then, $1 million an episode and some ass decided to put it on as a challenge to THE top show in the US at the time...Cosby. But you have to remember this TV and movie stuff is NOT about the comic characters but making money and people getting successful show credits on their CVs. Oh, and I'm sending you a couple Black Tower books so they should get to you in the next week or so!

  3. The new TV show is great, though. They had King Shark and everything! Super Girl is better. Much more fun.
