Action Figure Conversions

 I mentioned in a blog comment that I was intending on making a 3.75 inch scale Iron Warrior as opposed to converting existing figures into British Golden Age heroes. Here are a look at some done so far.

Above: Ally Sloper and Dr Syntax straight from the Platinum Age. The wobbly topper worn by Sloper and the tricorn hat worn by Syntax are being a bit problematical! And, yes, I know "If you had a 3D printer you could make the hats and extras" but I have a clapped out old camera and PC and can just about pay my bills and eat so money for a 3D printer and resin or whatever...Don't make  me a laugh!

Above: Denis Gifford's Golden Age characters Captain Might and Streamline -I am just replacing Streamline's cloak with something more permanent.

Above: From the Silver Age The Missing Link (changed to be more like the Black Tower version) and Johnny Future.

Above: Straight from Return of the Gods and The Green Skies -Jack Flash. Next to him is Black Tower's resident supernatural mystery sleuth The Prof.

At the moment I have four female figures being converted to British Golden Age heroines and one big surprise one (a Black Tower character) so that will take a month or so judging by things going on at the moment.

    Nice. I like the Ally Sloper best. I just finished writing text story for Ally, I look forward to typing it up when I get outta here ! In the sea mail package is an Ally comic with three text stories in it. I hope it'll be fun. Also cool to see the Prof there... It may be time for another mysterious mystery story !     Topper and umbrella should be easy enough. Adding to the nose was a pain :-) The Prof is currently part of a new storyline so he's not vanished altogether. Look forward to seeing new stuff.
