Chinese Businessmen Investing in UK Comics? 中国商人投资英国漫画？

 

I was asked whether Chinese backing for a British comic book company was acceptable or not?

I have no idea why I was asked although in the past I have stated that Chinese or Indian business entrepeneurs might be the only hope for UK comics as British businessmen are not interested.

Sadly, I think India can be ruled out as there seems to be a lot of uncertainty about investing outside India these days.

So, China would be the only hope but that seems very unlikely.
