The tone goes up a notch (in the humor , of course) with volume 2 of Love , Passion and CX Diesel , which sees the arrival of Elton , a ‘ friend ‘of Jean-Mortens. The latter also had great difficulty in trying to convey to his family that Elton is more than just a friend. The two warring brothers, Bill and Brandon , will then bury the hatchet of war and band together against this new adversary , each developing plans more ingenious (and delusional) than other. In addition, Tony and Pamela are finally able to adopt and welcome a cute little Korean … Uh , well, almost …
This is a rather odd, cartoony style which might make you think it’s a standard cartoon comic book. It isn’t. One of the brothers is cuckolding the other and, sadly, I’m afraid that is the most I understood. Humour is harder to follow than straight out action!
A nice little book with some good colour work.
