The question is one I've been asked a few times over the years: If I had the money or was producing a comic for a publisher, which artists would I use?
Well, for various projects there would be John Erasmus and Tom Elmes, both great artists and story-tellers and John's colour work -superb!
Ben R. Dilworth -why would I not? Top notch artist and one day he will get recognition!
The other artist, and I guess it would be for the old UK Golden Age characters, would have to be Chris Weston. The story on Marvel Comics The Twelve was...meh. But the artwork could not be faulted. Lots -lots- of incredible detail.
I can dream.
I used to love The Phantom Patrol but never seen the collected book that this was the cover to (above).
Above: THE SPIDER!!! I need write no more.
Above -Dr Strange and Nightmare.
Incredible art. Man, I need that rich backer!
