Having been with Cashplus online banking ("challenging traditional bank") for a good few years I know it all sounds enticing and like a great service. It is not.
It creates problems for its customers -problems IT creates- and when you try to get them to sort out the problem....
Nothing.
Something new they started screwed up my card and so I cannot pay bills or use it. They were made aware of the problem Monday. Tuesday -"We'll look for a solution"- Wednesday. Day 4 and as far as I can tell they are all sucking on chocolate biscuits.
Wannabe bank? Let's hope there are no "ask the customers" provisos to that.
Stick with a tradional bank that lets you have your money.
