Jared Leto seen in full costume as The Joker

 SNL2,TDG2

It's all about the comics and how true to them the movie is. Right?  Well, out of ten sites I visited the fans talked about two things: Harley Quinn's "boobage" and her "paint on hot pants"  as one put it: "come the dvd you just know all the "revealy" (is that a word now?) bits will be on the net with a play time guide so you can check it out yourselff"

And what seems to be a fan favourite still is this one -yeah, it was released without thinking too deeply about it my arse....well, NOT my arse...

sigh

Jared Leto is seen in full costume as The Joker for the first time, filming a scene with Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn on 'Suicide Squad.’

Where does he get such wonderful poise?

Photos surfaced Monday from the set of "Suicide Squad" capturing a showdown between Jared Leto's Joker and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn.

While the spoiler-heavy images gave little in the way of context, the scene filmed on the streets of Toronto featured Robbie's psychiatrist confronting her criminal patient. The standoff quickly escalates, with the Joker slapping the future Harley Quinn, before she pulls out a gun and points it at his head.

The pair, lovers in the comic books, also were spied filming a kissing sequence.

Despite the grainy results from the intruding long lenses, Leto looks like the perfect fit for the iconic purple suit previously filled out on the big screen by Jack Nicholson (1989's "Batman") and the late Heath Ledger (2008's "The Dark Knight").
The David Ayers-directed movie, set to hit theaters on Aug. 5, 2016, has been having trouble chasing away paparazzi as filming continues in the Canada. But Ayers and the film-makers have done yeoman work tweeting out photos to counteract the unwanted spoilers. Part of Warner Bros.' ambitious, upcoming 14-movie superhero slate, "Suicide Squad" focuses on a band of DC Comics' marquee super-villains forced to perform dangerous secret missions for the government.

Oh, yeah, Leto's Joker is a tatts man!
