The REAL Comics "Fastest Man Alive!"

Yep, it's a UK Golden Age comics character who has has been appearing Black Tower Comics since the 1980s -he'll be seen again making one of the most important decisions any hero can make in The Green Skies.

Who is he? Streamline of course.

Scientist Keenan King injects himself with "Elixir X" ..."Keenan is now the fastest man alive!"  That was in Streamline Comics no. 1, 1947.

A character created, written and drawn by the late Denis Gifford who, had he lived, was to write a "Where Has Streamline Been?" story for volume 1 of Adventure.

Still -can I sue DC for using that line?*

*Don't worry, Mr Didio. Just kidding.

Maybe.

  1. I've got that comic, as well as issue three, but have NEVER been able to find the second issue.

  2. Sadly, I had 1 and 2 but both were stolen. And Denis was absolutely shocked when I asked if he might photocopy no. 3 for me!!!!
