Although I have had copies printed at least ten times in the past Lulu (a company I would recommend you steer clear of) has decided that page size and orientation (???) of pages make it unprintable. I uploaded the source file after checking 136+pp that were all the correction size and ...rejected again.
Lulu.com has a very well known policy of blaming any problems on publishers until they are backed into a corner. Orders for this book had just started arriving -all orders now refunded.
I cannot afford the time or effort it will now take to make a new file and go through the cumbersome system again.
The single D-Gruppe issues and Annual are still available.
